You don’t always have to set up a seat for every single guest, especially for non-wedding events! For example, if you receive 100 RSVPs, you may be able to set up seating for 60 guests, depending on the nature of your event.

Trust us, events go by quickly! Guests are usually busy taking photos, dancing, mingling, grabbing drinks at the bar, and enjoying the experience. And let’s be honest… the kids rarely stay seated for long! 😂
