Since our upcoming event has been postponed (and we’re unsure of when we’ll all be together again), a team of us decided to put together a video that covers all things streaming to answer the questions that have been going around, and keep the music industry education coming. Welcome to Pass The Mic: a networking and lecture series for musicians and related industry professionals brought to you by Gigabit.LIVE, The South Shore Musicians Network and Soundcheck Studios Pembroke.

What it is: a quarterly event series that features short TED-style lectures from industry professionals, open Q&A, live music and industry-related vendors spanning audio engineering, gear repair/sales, photo/video, creative services & more. Each event has a designated focus so we can hone in on learning as much as we can about each topic.

Where: Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, MA. There is free parking, and yes... a full bar.

Admission: we keep it cheap — $5! Vendor tables are available for $20. Tickets are available on our event pages and on EventBrite.
