*Clubs may submit more than one team

Scoring
Athletes will gain points based on their placement in their weightclass as follows:
1st place - 10 points
2nd place - 8 points
3rd place - 6 points
4th place - 4 points
5th place - 2 points

The rules are simple. 6 athletes up on stage at a time. One by one athletes will have 30 seconds each to make their lifts.

After all three lifts have been attempted, heats will be resorted based on athletes heaviest make and then we move on to the clean and jerks! The athlete with the highest total wins the division!
