IG: My nutrition journey started in 2016. I was struggling to juggle life as a new mom and full time corporate account executive. I was barely surviving and my health and energy were quickly declining. I finally had enough and enrolled in my first ever "30 Day Body Reset" Program. What I learned in that month completely changed my life. I fell in love with nutrition and became obsessed with helping busy women like you FEEL their best. My mission is to make the world a better place, one healthy mom at a time.

We’re so excited to welcome back Bloom Kitchen for two fun-filled fall cooking classes at Littles Lounge! 🍁

🧸 Open Play: 10:30–12:00

Little chefs will get to cook, create, and have lots of fun with Bloom Kitchen before enjoying some open play at Littles Lounge!

Our most popular birthday theme? Not even close. 🥞🎉

We have more than a dozen birthday themes to choose from at Bloom (and we LOVE creating custom ones too - Dragons Love Tacos, anyone? 🐉🌮😂).

But the one that gets booked again and again?

PANCAKES + PAJAMAS. 🥞💤

Girls love it. Boys love it. And honestly…besties + PJs + pancakes is a pretty solid birthday combination.

This group took it one step further with matching pajamas for all the guests, which I LOVED. Such a fun alternative to a traditional goody bag! Personalized aprons are another cute option that kids can actually use again. 🙌

Also - we celebrate just celebrating without the goodies if that’s your thing too 😜

And here’s the parent hack nobody talks about:

Book the 10 AM–12 PM party. 👏

We can host parties at different times, but 10–12 is by far our most popular. Kids wake up, throw on their PJs, come cook + celebrate…and by noon, the party is DONE. You still have your entire afternoon.

Birthday parties before lunch? HIGHLY underrated. 😂

We already have three parties booked this month, and with cooler weather coming, our fall + winter weekends will start filling quickly.

So whether you’re Team Pancakes + Pajamas or your kiddo has a completely different idea…

School is closed.

Your office…not so much. 😅

Those scattered no-school days can be TOUGH for working parents - which is exactly why we always run our School’s Out Cooking Days at Bloom!

Drop the kids with us for a few hours of cooking, creating, eating + FUN while you actually get through your workday without piecing together childcare. 🙌

🍎 Coming up this fall:
→ Yom Kippur - THIS MONDAY and filling fast 👀🏃‍♀️
→ Columbus Day 10/12

There’s nothing better than hearing that your kids left Bloom feeling happy, confident, proud of what they made - and already asking when they can come back. 👩‍🍳

Because behind every class we plan, every recipe we test and every giant pile of dishes 😂, this is what matters most:

These kids didn’t just watch us make sushi - they chopped, rolled, mixed, assembled and really made it themselves.

And nothing beats hearing that they walked out BEAMING and already wanting to come back. 🙌

Safe to say…Sushi Saturday will absolutely be making another appearance in the Bloom Room. 👀🍣
