The Rim Country BBQ Classic is a KCBS Master Series event and an official Arizona State Championship. Hosted by the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino, the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce, Arlieque Event Management and KCBS in the beautiful pines of Arizonas Rim Country with $10,000 in prize money on the line.

Welcome to the Facebook home of the Rim Country BBQ Classic and Testicle Festival. This KCBS Master Series event is brought to you by the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino and the "Don King of BBQ" Arlieque Event Management.

Located at the beautiful Mazatzal Hotel and Casino just a half mile south of Payson Arizona in the stunning shadow of the Mogollon Rim. This late September contest is a must event for any team looking to enjoy beautiful weather while cooking for their piece of the $10,000 prize monies.
