We have something super special right now available only at our scoop shop in downtown Siloam Springs. A single-cultivar batch of our Pawpaw & Lime Sorbet using 100% Chappell Pawpaw pulp from fruit grown by Bob Johnson of Nektar Flow Farms and processed by our founder, Matt Feyerabend and the founder of the Pawpaw Festival in Paw Paw Illinois, Austin Cliffe. The Chappell Pawpaw cultivar is known for it’s exceptional flavor with it’s creamy and sweet banana-pineapple like flavor which has translated wonderfully into this very limited batch of our sorbet. With this weather it won’t be around long!
