Rock For Rescues group is an amazing group of a combination of Horse (equine) lovers, music lovers and people who have a heart for raising friendships and funds to support the happiness and health of the Rescues at Peaceful Acres Horses. Peaceful Acres Horses is a 501 c 3 equine welfare organization located in Upstate NY, between Albany and Saratoga Springs. The horses, minis, mules and donkeys at
PAH have been saved from animal cruelty and slaughter. At Peaceful Acres Horses caring, dedicated, compassionate people join together to provide care and funding support so the rescues are always happy and healthy. Believe me the people benefit too - there is nothing quite like the positive energy of a horse! Our Rock For Rescues mini-festivals raise awareness of the crisis that faces American equines and also are designed as a fun way to raise friends and funds for the rescues at Peaceful Acres Horses. Times are not easy as a nonprofit organization, and we find the best way to celebrate our Wins, the Rescues and our Friendships is through fun times and music.
