Park Ballroom

Park Ballroom The Park Ballroom, located in the heart of historic downtown Paso Robles. Throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's the building sat vacant.

The Park Ballroom is located on the second floor of the historic IOOF Building, originally constructed in 1912, as a meeting hall for the International Order of Odd Fellows. While the hall served as a popular location for town meetings and social occasions, rumor has it that during Prohibition the site hosted many “spirited” events. Other fraternal organizations such as the Masons and the Eagles e

njoyed the use of the hall as well as those who danced the night away at one of the many frequent balls, literally wearing out the original maple floor. Dust and quiet descended on the hall. Fortunately, the noteworthy IOOF building was purchased by brothers Jim & Terry Saunders, in the 1990’s. After a massive renovation over several years the original beauty and appeal of the timeless structure was reborn. Current owners purchased the Building in 2012 and the Park Ballroom continued hosting events. Today, the stunning Park Ballroom, returned to its early glory, is available to host your special event. As you ascend to the second floor, either by the stairs or the elevator, you will be enveloped by the warmth and ambiance of the past. The Park Ballroom offers everything needed to make any event a success. The Ballroom has a capacity of up to 150 people for Banquet seating and over 300 people for Theatre seating. Surrounded in warm alder wood wainscoting with the original maple stage and dance floor, the space can be as large or as intimate as you desire. The spacious full service kitchen is the perfect area for preparation of anything from coffee and croissants to a fully catered, eight course dinner. Beverages can be served from our bar area that will accommodate two bartenders or servers. Guest restrooms are finished in Italian Limestone and Travertine floors with Imported Granite countertops. Additional spaces are available for uses such as a bridal dressing area, coat check room or conference room.
