Do you know:
– When the Edgar Lodge IOOF was here? We know at least from 1927-1962 but do you know if it was around even longer?

– When it went by the Colson Building?

– When The Hangar occupied it?

One week into owning our building… and we’re already getting to work! 💗✨

We’ve reached out to a structural engineer, taken tons of measurements, and started designing the main floor. Many have asked when it will be done, our goal is 2027! 🛠️
