Today Braelynn Reed and Austin Nelson presented the proceeds from the Dunk Tank fundraiser to Lakemary Center in Paola. They were able to give them $500. We are so proud of the hardwork that they put into this; from drawing up a plan, presenting it to the fairboard, getting sponsors to cover the costs and finding very willing fairboard members to dunk. Congratulations to these two, as they continue "To Make The Best Better."🍀

We know this is a long shot🎯 but in setting our buildings back up after the fair, we are missing 2 gray tables. During the fair they are used and shared in all buildings, but typically these gray tables stay in building 2. We are asking if you had a booth set up or used tables for various reasons, please check and make sure you don't have an extra table or 2 in your possession. These are not cheap to replace, so please let me know if you have them. We can arrange for them to be picked up.

Just a little housekeeping
🔴 Pit Parking is south of the arena and in the camping area. This area is not for general admission parking.
🔴 Cash or Check at the ticket booth and pit passes area.
🔴 Vendors will be located along vendor row.
🔴 Bathrooms are in building 2, the concrete bathrooms behind building 2 and portapotties located inside the gates on the south side of the arena.
🔴 It's going to be hot, building 2 will be open with the A/C on. But please be respectful and keep an eye on your kiddos. Last year there were some issues with some destructive behavior. We dont want to have close the building during the event.
🔴No coolers or glass in the stands.

Gates open at 5pm, Derby starts at 7pm

Car inspections are from 2 to 5.

Who is ready for the Derby this weekend? Our arena is! We would like to send A HUGE THANK YOU to Cloverleaf, Inc. for setting it up for us on Thursday!!!

See you Saturday! Derby starts at 7pm. Cash or Check only. There is not an ATM on the property.

$15 per person 3 and under free.
