🐣 Krewe of St. Andrews Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt 🐰

The Krewe of St. Andrews invites families from across the community to join us for our Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt!

Bring the kids and their baskets and enjoy a fun morning of hunting for colorful eggs at Oakland Terrace Park.

🥚 Easter Egg Hunt: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
📅 Date: Saturday, April 4, 2026
📍 Location: Oakland Terrace Park

And of course, after the hunt, enjoy a sweet treat — ice cream provided by the wonderful Optimist Club! 🍦

This free community event is a long-standing Krewe tradition, and we look forward to seeing lots of smiling faces and baskets full of eggs. Bring your family, invite your friends, and come celebrate spring with us! 🐰

Saturday night is officially SOLD OUT, and we are blown away by the support from this community!

Mardi Gras Weekend kicks off with two of our favorite traditions — the Salty Paws Parade 🐾 and the Kids Krewe Parade 👑

Starting at 3 p.m. rolling down Beck Avenue.

Road closure and detour information from the Panama City Police Department

Friday the road will be completely closed off to traffic at 3 p.m.
Movement of vehicles and enforcement will begin around 2:30 p.m.

Saturday the road will be completely closed off to traffic at 1 p.m. Movement of vehicles and enforcement will begin around 12:30 p.m.

Public Parking Info – Mardi Gras Weekend
Public parking will be available throughout the St. Andrews area during Mardi Gras weekend.
Please be mindful of posted No Parking signs, barricades, and private property.
We encourage carpooling when possible and arriving early for the best parking options.

The hours of volunteer work has its rewards...A spectator sent us this letter recently....WE LOVE MARDI GRAS and our community.

We attended your parade last year in Saint Andrews- a new experience for our six-year-old grandson, Jase. He was born with complete heart block and spent quite a while in NICU before having a pacemaker implanted to regulate his heart. He is not as fast to embrace a new experience or as quick as some of the other children who attend the parade. A kind, observant person on one of your floats noticed Jase on the sidewalk and directed one of the people on the ground to hand him a pirate sword. It made a noise when you pulled it out of the scabbard, lit up, and absolutely made his entire trip! Funny story – after a long hot day at the parade, his Granddaddy and I were sleeping soundly the next morning.We hear the zing of the sword coming out of the scabbard and see the flashing lights as Jase crawled into the bed between us. I know this event requires a lot of hard work and wanted to let you know how much it is appreciated. It was a wonderful experience for our grandson - really all of us. We are planning a return trip and thank all of you for a well thought out, family event.
