Harvest on the Canal

Good afternoon,
On behalf of the Harvest on the Canal vendor committee, Donna Garrison, Jackie Sobierajski and myself would like to invite you to fill out the application for the Harvest on the Canal festival for Sept 12th & 13th. You have two options this year. We have attached the PDF version you can print off and mail back or you can use this link to digitally submit your application. We will review all applications and confirm with you via email if you've been accepted to the 2026 festival. If for any reason you have not been selected or you are put on the waiting list, we will let you know that too. Vendors must have vending insurance. We do have any option for you to purchase through the event if you cannot get some on your own.

Please note at this time- we are not able to accept any vendor that is selling CBD products.

PHOC Palmyra’s Harvest on the Canal Reorganization Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 5 at 6:30 pm at LDS, 2801 Temple Road. If you are interested in volunteering or taking on a chairperson role, please attend this meeting. Those in attendance will vote to determine if there are enough volunteers to host the event in 2026. In 2024, the Canal Town Days Committee dissolved and the Union Agricultural Society @ Palmyea aka the Wayne County Fair was asked by several members of the community to take on this annual Fall event. After 2 years of hosting Palmyra’s Harvest on the Canal (PHOC) there are several Committee Chairpersons who are stepping down. If this event is to continue, we are seeking volunteers to take on one of the following roles as well as volunteers interested in helping out:

PHOC Chairperson
Craft Vendors
Food Vendors
Farmers Market
Logistics
Merchandise
Publicity

If you are interested in any of these positions or in joining the Committee, please contact Pam Ferranti (585)305-8833 or Sarah Hamilton (315) 945-1341. If there are not interested volunteers identified by November 1, the PHOC Committee will dissolve.

There will be a Palmyra Harvest on the Canal post event meeting tomorrow night at LDS on Temple Road at 6:30 pm. We invite you to attend if you are interested in helping coordinate this event in the future!
