We’re teaming up with in the again! Inspired by Basque Country bars and traditions originating from the Valencian region of Spain, Del Rey presents Pintxo and Paella. Join us February 9th, for an evening under the stars — as we dine together celebrating good flavors in the company of good people. Next month’s gathering will feature Christine Soto from Dead or Alive, pintxo from Del Rey, and one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine...paella! Taking its name from the wide, shallow customary pan cooked on an open fire, Jehan Hakimian’s paella will be seasoned and served with the freshest ingredients. Guests will enjoy a beautifully set (courtesy of our sponsors Hostess Haven and Planks + Patina) sit-down dinner on our patio, paired with Spanish varietals that embody the spirit of Del Rey.
