Hello friends and Palm Springs community, I’m thrilled to share that Vinophile Café is almost ready to open its doors! After 30 years in hospitality, I’m excited to bring a European-inspired café and wine bar to our city, focusing on artisan coffee, Old-World wines, and healthy, Blue Zone–aligned small plates. We’re so close to making this dream a reality, but unexpected construction costs and lost investors have left us just short of the finish line.
