Today is the day! We can't wait to see everyone at The Mountain Grrl Experience! We invite you to come by to take part in one of our workshops, learn more about The GEMS and our STAND Philosophy!

ONE MORE DAY!

The GEMS are beyond excited to be part of the 2026 The Mountain Grrl Experience tomorrow!

We can’t wait to come together with the wonderful women of our Appalachian community to share our STAND Philosophy and host two meaningful, hands-on workshops rooted in hope, encouragement, connection, and empowerment.

Through these experiences, we hope to remind every woman that it’s okay to pause, to breathe, to release what weighs her down, and to make room for the good things still waiting to grow.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is STAND for ourselves while standing beside someone else.

We believe in the strength of Appalachian women, the power of community, and the beauty of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and encouraged.

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow! Come create with us, connect with us, and most importantly, STAND with us!

🏆🇺🇸 A NATIONAL HONOR. AN EXTRAORDINARY ACHIEVEMENT. A PROUD MOMENT FOR EASTERN KENTUCKY! 🇺🇸🏆

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO TEK CENTER FOUNDER & PRESIDENT, ANGELINA "ANGIE" REYNOLDS! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to announce that Angie Reynolds has been inducted into the 2026 Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Hall of Fame, a prestigious national recognition through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for her outstanding leadership and contributions to workforce development!

🌟 WHAT MAKES THIS HONOR SO EXTRAORDINARY?

Angie is just ONE OF THREE individuals nationwide selected for induction into the 2026 TPM Hall of Fame!

Out of workforce development leaders across the entire United States, Angie was recognized for her exceptional dedication, vision, and impact in building stronger talent pipelines and connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.

For Angie, workforce development has never been just a career. It has been a passion, a purpose, and a commitment to creating opportunities where they are needed most.

From years of working alongside employers to identify workforce challenges to founding TEK Center, Angie has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between education and industry. Her vision has helped create new pathways for individuals to gain the skills, certifications, and opportunities needed to build successful careers in the skilled trades.

And she has done it right here in Eastern Kentucky! ⛰️

This recognition is more than a personal achievement. It is a testament to what determination, leadership, and a genuine commitment to serving others can accomplish.

To be recognized among the very best in the nation is an incredible distinction. To bring that recognition home to Eastern Kentucky makes it even more meaningful.

We are so excited to be part of this year’s The Mountain Grrl Experience and to share our STAND Philosophy—a message rooted in strength, connection, encouragement, and reminding women that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

💎 Stand for yourself.
💎 Trust your voice.
💎 Allow yourself to be human.
💎 Notice her.
💎 Decide to reach out.

Come find the GEMS of Eastern Kentucky on October 16th and experience STAND with us. We can’t wait to connect, encourage, and remind one another what can happen when women choose to stand for themselves—and stand beside each other. 🖤

Stand. Ground. Breathe. Release. Reach.
