2025 Edition of Rockin' Rockwoods Trail 53K / 1/2 Marathon and 1/2 Marathon RUCK is a W.R.A.P.

👉 Here are some stats snapshots:

🔥 2025 marked the 4th hottest year in RR history, with the lowest finish rate across our 11 years of hosting this race. Other tough years, 2017, 2021, and 2022, also saw slower finish times and higher DNF rates.

👟 Ultra Virgins
We had 9 runners 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ take on the RR 53K as their first-ever ultra, and 7 of them finished.

🎒 13.1 RUCK
Our RUCK division saw the highest number of female athletes start and finish the race.

🏁 Biggest Highlight
Virginia Wilson, our final finisher, crosses that finish line. Her first ultra distance event!

💥 Virginia was part of our Run Your First Ultra-Marathon Initiative, launched in 2024.
This initiative offers an opportunity for two female athletes each year to take on their first ultra distance race at Rockin' Rockwoods 53K and free one-on-one coaching and guidance by
