Two Races. Two Elements. One Epic Challenge: The Fire & Ice Award! ❄️🔥

We are thrilled to team up with The Shippey Endurance Runs again for 2027 to bring you the ultimate Midwest trail test—conquering both the dead of winter and the heat of summer!

Tackle the freeze at The Shippey (January) on the rugged trails of Beaumont Scout Reservation, then brave the heat at Shawnee Hills Trail Races (August) through the sandstone canyons, ridges, and waterfalls of Shawnee National Forest.

🏆 How to Earn the Fire & Ice Award:
To claim this exclusive hardware, you must register for and complete the same distance at both events within the same calendar year:
100-Miler
100K
🚨 NEW THIS YEAR: 50K (Daytime)! You can now earn Fire & Ice hardware by completing the 50K at both Shippey and Shawnee Hills!

🎖️ The Hardware & Perks:
Custom Award: Presented upon crossing the finish line at Shawnee Hills in August.
Personalized Plaque: Mailed after the event to mount on your award base, engraved with your name, race dates, and official finish times.
Series Bonus: Finishers unlock a discounted entry for the following year’s events!

Note: You must finish the identical distance at both races in the same calendar year to qualify (no mixing distances, drop downs or multi-year rollovers).

Are you ready to run through Ice and Fire? Tag your running crew and drop a comment with which distance you're locking in for this year! 👇
