OxnardJazzFestival.com With the enthusiastic support of the local community, city officials, and area businesses, we present The 5th Annual Oxnard Jazz Festival (OJF), taking place September 9 - 11, 2022 at Oxnard Beach Park. OJF is a cultural music celebration offering a diverse mix of Jazz, Latin, Soul, Blues, and R&B. This premier experience includes VIP seating in an incredible outdoor setting; complemented by scenic beaches, vendor booth shopping, cultural foods, and many other inviting attractions which make the festival a top event and destination to close out the summer festival season. Even though the official title of the festival says “Jazz,” the Oxnard Jazz Festival really includes all music with a soul. Spend some time at this festival nestled along Ventura County’s Gold Coast, and your soul will be singing too. Although the brand is jazz, in reality, the Oxnard Jazz Festival is all about fusion: Jazz, Latin, Soul, Blues, and R&B. Any music with a soul will have a stage here. This is a great place to catch emerging local talent, Grammy Award-winning talent, and those that are in the twilight of their careers. Southern California’s best-kept secret, Ventura County, is the gateway to the “Gold Coast” stock and home to some of the most respected jazz musicians in the country. The city of Oxnard is the county’s most vibrant and culturally diverse community. Known as the “Strawberry Capital,” its historical, recreational, and environmental assets make it listed as one of the wealthiest areas in America. Oxnard offers fertile ground to cultivate a unique jazz experience and an exciting celebration of music. With a mild and mellow climate, the Oxnard Beach Park with swaying palms trees, and the beach, with beautiful white sand dunes and the pacific blue waters in the background, at times, feel like you’re in some splendid resort that’s hard to pin down geographically. Oxnard’s beaches are known for their sunshine, mild surf, and easy access; they are a five-mile stretch of sand that’s a romantic spot for sunset watchers. We would like to wish you all a happy and safe Labor Day. It takes a great and hard-working team to make a festival like ours as awesome as we work to create.
While musicians often say, "They are playing," we never forget how hard musicians work to give you the best music and experience possible.

Our team behind the scenes, from vendors to security and the promotion team, hardly ever takes a break. It's because of so many that this year's Oxnard Jazz Festival will be outstanding.

Of course our festival would be nothing without you who work so hard every day.
