At least 2 evaluators come to the fair and evaluate within several different areas.

We had a packed house today at Fryeburg Fair for the first stop of the You Make THE Difference tour across the great state of Maine!

Today’s session was full of helpful, practical, real-world insights to help fair boards like yours manage generational handoff. Times aren’t changing, they’ve already changed. And this amazing national initiative, led by award-winning humanitarian and agricultural society advocate Ian Hill, is helping fairs actively manage that transition.
