REQUEST FOR BIDS

Putnam County Event Center Cleaning Services

The Putnam County Agricultural Society is seeking bids for cleaning services at the Putnam County Event Center.

Cleaning services will generally be needed following events held on Saturdays. Most cleaning can be completed on Sundays; however, some events may require overnight cleaning services throughout the year.

A detailed list of cleaning requirements and expectations is available upon request. For additional information or to obtain the detailed cleaning specifications, please contact:

Bid Requirements
The individual(s) or company submitting a bid must maintain current general liability insurance for the duration of the cleaning services.
Proof of liability insurance may be required prior to the award of the contract and/or before services begin.
Bids should include the proposed cost for providing the requested cleaning services.

Bid Deadline
5:00 p.m. — September 28, 2026

All bids must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than the deadline listed above.

Thank you, Twisted M, for capturing so many wonderful moments throughout our fair! We truly appreciate the time, talent, and dedication you put into photographing the events all week long.

We're also excited to share that the Fair Board has once again covered the full cost of the photos, so all picture downloads are available free of charge again this year. We hope everyone enjoys these special memories for years to come!
