Coach Jake is officially on the schedule. ⚾

Jake brings college pitching experience, a simple approach, and a real interest in helping pitchers understand what they’re doing — not just copy drills.

Repeatable mechanics. Better movement. More confidence on the mound.

He’s already been around the building helping guys out, and we’re excited to have him working with our athletes.

Softball belongs at The Den, too. 🥎

We’re proud to keep building a space where softball players, families and teams can feel at home.

24/7 app access means athletes can get their reps in on their schedule — before school, after practice, between games, or whenever the work fits.

Cages. Trainers. Team work. Individual reps. A place to keep growing.

And with more softball relationships and affiliations coming into the building, we’re excited to keep creating more opportunities for the next generation of players.

Come catch the vibe at The Den.

Yorkville Football getting some work in at The Den. 🏈

Different sport, same mindset.

Move better. Compete. Get stronger. Have some fun doing it.

Love seeing athletes from our community using the space and putting in the work.

The Den is for athletes. 💪

Last night at The Den was a pretty good reminder of what sports are supposed to be about.

Yorkville football working. Baseball and softball players getting reps. Families in the cages. A dad and daughter even working on their cricket swings.

Different sports. Different goals. Same place to grow.

And on The Den Wall, athletes leaving a little encouragement for whoever comes in next.

That’s what we’re trying to build.

Work hard. Lift others. Build the future.
