MVEA’s member banquet and awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Ray’s Wine-Spirits-Grill in Clayton.

We are also holding our first silent auction fundraising event! Bidding will open on December 27, 2025 and close after the banquet on January 10, 2026. We will continue to add auction items through December.

Entries are open for the September 14th Mini Trial, Combined Test, and Dressage Show!

We also offer non scored extra SJ rounds after your scored round. This is on Event Entries- it doesn't show all heights, pick any and we will make a note the round will be the competing division height.

Reminder you can sign up for schooling of all phases on Saturday Sept 13th when signing up for the show. It will be with the extra show jumping rounds on Event Entries.

Stabling is limited and about half full already. There are a few offsite options at local farms as well.

*URGENT NEWS!*

We had a lot of rain overnight and the cross country course is now under water. We will be switching everyone's entries to combined trials and NOT holding cross country.

We will be keeping an eye on the show jumping fences and adjust them throughout the day to keep the footing for them as safe as possible.

- option fences are either jump, not both.
- starter, novice, and beginner novice ditch has been moved to the right one due to footing
- there are some wet spots in the field, please keep an eye on your path and avoid if possible
- path to finish is not blocked, wrong path has a barrier
- Intro and Green as Grass cross country are not timed. Starter, BN, and Novice are timed.
- Show Jumping is not timed
