Rocking the Sunrise Side for a Cause!

đź“·Long Live Rock

A while ago, a few of us got together and collaborated on the idea of putting on a rock concert. The first year was mostly brainstorming so that by 2019 we were completely ready to put on a rock show with 8 bands!

Keeping the momentum going, it wasn't long after the 2019 Oscoda Rockfest that we started brainstorming about how to make 2020 an even bigger event. We are very pleased with the amazing line up of bands that will be coming together to rock out in Oscoda!

We believe the Michigan Music scene in Northeastern Michigan has been lacking in Original Modern Rock Music. We all know the Classic Rock sounds and have enjoyed that music for close to 50 years! This year 2020 is offering two days of Rock! For fans of Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, The Doors sounds from the 70’s through the 90’s we have put together a show for Friday August 7th that brings these sounds and style alive with fresh new music blended with classic rock! Our headliner for Friday is “We, The Infamous “ Based out of Saginaw, hard rock blues outfit We, The Infamous has made a big splash in the local Mid-Michigan music scene. Firing twin barrels of fully loaded rock’n’roll mixed with blistering gut-bucket blues, they have played a litany of venues showcasing their talents while keeping with the wild & rowdy tradition that is true rock. The guys draw on inspirations ranging from Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, & Stevie Ray Vaughn to newer influences like MGMT, Hozier, & Highly Suspect.
