Holiday Matsuri is a multi-genre convention that brings the members of our community together during the holidays to have fun and give back! We celebrate anime, video games, music, celebrity guests, cosplay, artists and more in the nerd culture with holiday cheer! You can enjoy our seasonal spin on convention contests, shows, dances, and parties! Each year Holiday Matsuri puts on a formal benefit ball supporting a charity such as Extra Life. Some of our favorite interactive events include Cafe Peko Peko, Hottest Men in Anime, and Peppermint Parlor. Holiday Matsuri offers a bit of everything for everyone and we hope that you will join us in the festivities this year!

From Night City to Holiday Matsuri! 🌙

We’re thrilled to announce that Emi Lo () is joining the festivities at Holiday Matsuri 2026!

Emi is known for their performances as the voice of Maomao in The Apothecary Diaries, Lucy in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Ruan Mei in Honkai: Star Rail, Sawatari in Chainsaw Man, and Columbina / Damselette in Genshin Impact, among many other roles.

Emi’s stellar performance as Maomao in The Apothecary Diaries earned her a 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards nomination for Best Voice Artist Performance (English).

With an impressive career spanning anime, video games, and voice direction, Emi has become a beloved talent among fans around the world. We’re excited for everyone to meet Emi, hear about their experiences in the industry, and celebrate their incredible body of work!

Artist Alley applications for Holiday Matsuri 2026 are now LIVE! 🎨✨

Applications will remain open until all of the available spots are taken. After that, artists will be welcome to apply for the waitlist.

Artist Alley is a juried process, with selections based on quality, style, and variety, so be sure to put your best work on display!

✨ First-round acceptance emails will be sent the week of September 17th

Generative AI Policy: We’re proud to celebrate and support the creativity, skill, and original work of our artist community. The use of generative AI in Artist Alley is prohibited.

Holiday Matsuri is proud to continue our partnership with international cosplay events to bring unique cultural exchanges and world-class competitive cosplay opportunities to the stage at the Winter Cosplay Championship (WCC)! ✨

Our Cultural Exchange program continues to provide incredible opportunities for cosplayers to experience international cosplay communities firsthand. We also continue to bring together some of the most exciting cosplay programs from around the world, all on one stage at Holiday Matsuri. With this year being the 5th anniversary of our WCC, we're aiming to have things be better than ever!
