Together with Hot Rod Magazine we have been lining up some of the Baddest Naturally Aspirated Streetcars on the planet to attend the 3rd Annual Havliks Fastest Streetcar Shootout Tribute Race presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil!

Naturally Aspirated guys this is for you 🫵.

Hot Rod is going to do a preview article on the cars that are already signing up for the NA shootout. We have a great start going right now with cars from NMCA to Drag and Drive and even a former Hot Rod magazine Outlaw champion car to name a few.

From now until March 7th any NA racers that want to compete in this class and be considered for Hot Rods Magazine’s car preview article please contact us directly for an early registration link.

March 7th public registration opens at 8am (CST) to fill any remaining spots until the 250 car limit is reached. That includes all competition classes and index racers in that total.

For those that don’t know this is the former Alan Pennywitt’s All Motor ’69 Chevelle that hurt some feelings in the NA classes in the mid 2000’s now owned by Keith Roberts. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Red Line Synthetic Oil Presents Havliks Fastest Streetcar Shootout Tribute Race and Prostreet Elite Show and Cruise 2026 presented by RDB Racing welcomes the pioneers of Fastest Streetcar Racing events! Hotrod Magazine will be onsite as the official media sponsor and the presenting sponsor for the NA Shootout!

THE NA SHOOTOUT Presented by Hot Rod Magazine will consist of 2 classes at this year’s event. The Hot Rod NA Shootout and the Hot rod NA QUICK 8 Shootout! Classes will be determined by ET qualifying passes. NA shootout Semi finalists and the NA quick 8 will be run off during the Feature Show! Special awards for Fastest Big Block and Fastest Small Block.

The first Entry to the NA shootout is none other than the original Tom Hammond’s Hotrod Magazine’s 93’ Outlaw Prostreet Championship Camaro now owned by Jeff Atkinson! This car beat some big names of the times to achieve that title including the legendary Monty Berney in the finals. This car was known for big cubes and nitrous but Jeff promises to leave the bottle out to race in the Hotrod NA Shootout.

Red Line Synthetic Oil presents the 3rd Annual Havliks Fastest Streetcar Shootout Tribute Race and Prostreet Elite Show and Cruise 2026 presented by RDB Racing will be invading Cordova Dragway and the surrounding streets yet again for another epic reunion of the “Baddest Streetcars of All Times”!

We have several new things happening this year. We had asked if there was any interest in a NA class and received a great response from the NA guys! So we will be adding a NA shootout this year.

Three index classes will be added as well! 8.50, 10.50 and 11.50 will be the numbers to hit for a chance to win some money and run in the finals during Saturday night’s pro show and finals. These index classes are brought to you by Rob Sheesley

Bounties are returning this year not only for the overall champ but also for every class winner from 2025! If a last year winner is a no show the bounty will be split and added to the 1st and 2nd place of the class payouts for that class. Can last year’s winners come back and win again collecting this bounty and the payout or is there going to be a new sheriff in town collecting? 🔥CONFIRMED EPIC PHOTO SHOOT🔥
This will go down in history as one of the most iconic photo shoots of All TIME!

J&M Displays, Inc. is going to use 45 gallons of gas, 10 gallons of diesel fuel, 2-10 gallon Mortars and 7-5 gallon Mortars for the biggest explosion Cordova Dragway has ever witnessed along with the Baddest Streetcars of All Time lined up on the track creating this Epic photo to be!

VP Racing Fuels is the photo shoot sponsor and Track Prep provider for the event making sure a record breaking surface will be on point that weekend! Many years ago the late great Pro stock & FSC racer Tony Christian helped with testing VP’s traction compound putting them on the map! If any records fall this weekend it will be on VP’s compound! They will also be giving away 15-5 gallon containers of fuel to some lucky racers as well more details on that coming soon.

August 14th is early registration that starts at noon to 5 pm followed by this epic photo shoot towards dusk! Spectators are welcome -10$ at the gate or free with a weekend pass purchase at the gate or online! We are encouraging EVERYONE to bring a camera to catch this 1 of a kind moment in history!

Last year’s photo shoot was something special but this year’s going to be a BLAST🔥
