The Public Art Advisory Board will illuminate publicly owned art, ranging from Orlando City Hall’s infamous Tower of Light structure to the Amway Center’s 2-story Rain Sculpture using a custom-built, LED-lighting system. The event will take place on the day the Public Art Ordinance was enacted by the Orlando City Council thirty-years ago on December 12, 1983.
