Smoothie Express Mobile was caught in a fire at an event, leaving their truck severely damaged and completely out of service.
For the past three years, this food truck has been so much more than a business for them — it’s been their dream, their passion, and a way to connect with a community they truly love. Losing it so suddenly has been heartbreaking.
