Our Spring concert was a wonderful success and we thank our choir members, board members, and other helpers. Special thanks to Mac Caywood, Martin Trang, and sound technicians Chris et al.--you help us sound our best.

And we're grateful to Melanie Kendrick for her beautiful renditions--we hope you join us again!

Remember, if you are interested in singing with us, rehearsals begin in August and all are welcome. Follow us for updates as we get closer.

We're seeking a Music Director!

What the Director does:

• Attends and leads rehearsals Tuesday evenings from 7–9 p.m. at 129 E. Walker St, Orland (Studio 129 in the Glenn County Office of Education Success One center)

• Selects the music and theme for the season's concert

• Coordinates with the accompanist regarding musical performance preferences and requirements

• Periodically meets with the board (and at meetings) to oversee choir business and receive direction from board

• Receives a stipend at the end of each season concert

Last night's first rehearsal saw Mac Caywood back in the director's seat and Martin Trang back at the piano. Welcome back fellas, and welcome back Glenn Chorale singers!

FIRST REHEARSAL of the Spring 2026 season will be Monday, January 19!

Rehearsals this season will be on Monday evenings at 7–9 p.m. at Studio 129 in Orland.

We've wrapped up another Christmas concert, with great turn out! Thank you to all our guests who came to enjoy this Glenn County tradition.

We had a few hiccups this season, that were out of our control, but we received lots of help and feel we did a great job in spite of them.
