🌟🌟 Look at all these beautiful Heartlanders still glowing from the HeHo Afterglow! 🌟🌟 ❤️✨

If you didn’t know, this year we introduced something extra special: the HeHo Afterglow!

A small group of Heartlanders got to stay on-site at for an immersive experience filled with learning, connection, and time with some of our incredible facilitators, including and .loi.

After the big energy of the main Heartland Hangout weekend, the Afterglow gave us space to slow down, connect more personally, share music, and simply be together. And just when we needed it, the rain finally stopped, giving us a chance to soak up the beautiful pre-fall magic of the Heartland.

Our hearts are so full! ❤️ Creating experiences like this for our community is exactly why we do what we do, and we're so excited to keep growing, connecting, and creating more opportunities for Heartlanders to learn and share together.

✨ HEHO 2027 REGISTRATION OPENS IN JANUARY! ✨

And here's a little heads-up: Afterglow spots were the FIRST to sell out! 👀

If you want to be part of the magic next year, stay tuned, keep an eye out for registration, and get ready to join us!

Who’s hoping to experience the Afterglow in 2027? Drop a ❤️ in the comments!

🏰✨ And just like that… our 3rd year of Heartland Hangout has come to an end! ✨🏰

We’ve grown so much over the past few years, but HEHO 2026 felt especially magical. 🧙‍♂️🪄

As organizers, we’re incredibly grateful for this community — for everyone who showed up, shared their music, learned something new, connected with others, and helped make the weekend what it was. Heartland Hangout is truly a reflection of the people who come together to create it. ❤️

🏰 A HUGE thank you to our Sponsors & HEHO 2026 Village!
It truly takes a village to bring these incredible instruments, teachers, artists, and experiences together at the highest level possible. We’re so grateful for everyone who helped make this weekend happen:

-Isthmus Instruments

-Anthony Meister of Blue Handpan for capturing so many special moments throughout the weekend 📸

💌 Attendees — we’d love to hear from you!
Please check your email for a short HEHO 2026 survey. Your feedback helps us understand what worked, what we can improve, and how we can make future gatherings even better.

Plus, you’ll receive discount codes from some of our amazing sponsors as a thank you! 🙌

📸 Keep the magic going!
One of our favorite parts of Heartland Hangout is seeing the weekend through your eyes.

Tag us in your photos, videos, and favorite moments, and share what HEHO meant to you. We’d love to see all the little moments that made the weekend special. ❤️

Use and let’s keep the AfterGlow going! ✨

Coming to join us from just across the pond, Amy Naylor will be performing and teaching workshops during both the main weekend and the Afterglow experience!!

"Amy Naylor is a songwriter and handpan artist singing modern mantras and heart-centered pop music. Her concerts blur the line between “performer” and “audience”, with co-creation encouraged and group singing celebrated. Amy believes the voice and sound are powerful healing tools, and so, with playfulness, she uses her music to invite love and self expression."

Returning for his 3rd year in the castle, Dan Mulqueen is our resident "Artist-at-Large" and will be joining our other performers during the main weekend, for some extra special jams.

Then during the AfterGlow Experience, Dan will be facilitating/teaching workshops, offering hands-on learning opportunities!

"Dan has over 18 years of percussion experience in genres like hip-hop, rock, reggae, trip-hop, electronic, blues and latin. When asked about how these genre's inspire his writing process, Dan responded "...it's important to me to take my favorite elements of multiple genres and blend them into something different. You'd be really surprised how open people are to music when they can identify with even a tiny element of it." "
