Back in 1999, when surface-level prayers were no longer enough, journaling helped me go deeper with God. God met me in the pages of my journal way before I ever shared my story publicly.

Journaling became my safe place, a sacred space where I meet with God, process life, cry, heal, and simply be. A quiet, judgment-free place where I can commune with my Heavenly Father honestly and openly.

Through journaling, I found my voice, a place to express my feelings without filters, fear, or the need to be politically correct.

It also became a way for me to share my journey with others and invite them into my world so they, too, can create space for their own healing and transformation.

This is why I started journaling. I longed for a deeper relationship with God. I wanted to move beyond surface-level prayers and truly surrender my heart. In that process, God healed, delivered, and set me free from past hurts, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and feelings of unworthiness.

That journey inspired me to create something that feels like peace, elegant, inviting, unique, and soft to the touch. Something faith-filled, functional, transformational, and healing all at the same time. ✨

Hello beautiful,

I know life has not always been easy for you. There have been moments when you doubted yourself, questioned your worth, and carried burdens quietly so no one else would have to.

But through every difficult chapter, you kept going. Even when you felt exhausted, uncertain, or broken, you still found a way to stand back up.

I want you to remember how far you’ve come. The person you are today was shaped by strength you didn’t even realize you had.

Every scar, every lesson, every setback has helped build the resilience inside you. You are not the same person who once feared they wouldn’t make it through. You did.

Please stop being so hard on yourself. You do not have to be perfect to deserve love, peace, happiness, or success.

It’s okay to make mistakes. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to outgrow people, places, and versions of yourself that no longer fit who you are becoming.

There is still so much ahead of you. More laughter waiting to find you. More memories to create. More dreams to chase. More healing to happen. Your story is not over.

So take a deep breath and trust yourself a little more. You are stronger than your fears, wiser than your past, and more capable than you know.

Keep believing in the future you are building, even on the days when progress feels slow.

And no matter what happens, never forget this:

You are worthy.
You are enough.
And you deserve every beautiful thing life has to offer.

Purpose...Your gifts and Purpose may not always look like others, and its not supposed to. Don't get distracted and veer off course trying to walk a path that was orchestrated and designed for someone else simply because it looks appealing and prosperous.

God has created a unique path just for you and you only and Only you can walk your journey with grace, ease and confidence.

No, it's not easy but it's easier with God. He knows what’s inside of you and what you can or can't handle. He created and equipped you for the assignment He has called you to fulfill.

It may not always seem glamorous but remember your gifts isn't just for you, it's for someone else.

When you delay and procrastinate, remember someone's deliverance, breakthrough, healing is also in the wait, waiting on you to step into your calling, your purpose, waiting on your obedience.

So, stay in your lane and not in someone else's.

Stay Focused. Stay in Your Lane. Stay Committed. Stay Humbled.

With God all things are possible...

This Mother’s Day, give a gift that speaks to the heart. 💝
I created Imperfect Virtuous Woman from one of the most personal journeys of my life.

For so many years, I believed I had to be perfect for God to use me. I was my own worst critic — constantly feeling like I needed to have it all together before I could truly walk in purpose. But God lovingly reminded me of something that changed my life forever:

“In your imperfections is where I live and where I can be God in your life.”

That revelation taught me that perfection is not what makes us virtuous. It’s our willingness to surrender, grow, trust God, and allow Him to work through every flaw, every lesson, and every imperfect moment.

I realized I am an Imperfect Virtuous Woman — perfectly created by the Father. Because if I were perfect, why would I need God?

This journal was designed to help women discover the virtuous woman within every area of their lives, despite flaws, mistakes, or insecurities. It’s a reminder that God still calls, loves, and uses imperfect women every single day.

Perfect for Mother’s Day — for mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, or any woman who needs encouragement and grace. 💐✨

This Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to share something deeply personal with you.

I created You Are Not Alone while working as a Program Coordinator at a nonprofit organization, where I saw firsthand the need for tools that support both children and families in a positive, approachable way.

So often, conversations around mental health carry a negative stigma.

I wanted to create something different, a space that feels safe, empowering, and uplifting.

With valuable input from licensed therapists I worked alongside, this guided journal was thoughtfully designed to support emotional healing, self-reflection, and mental strength through gentle prompts and affirmations.
It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about being honest. Healing. Growing. One page at a time.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a moment to reset… this was created for you.

You are not alone 💚

What if the only thing blocking your SHIFT… is you?

We often think about letting go as something external… people, places, situations.
But what about letting go of self… the old self?

Because sometimes the greatest blockage to what God is doing in our lives isn’t what’s around us, it’s what’s still within us. And often, we get in our own way.

Old patterns. Old thinking. Old wounds. Old versions of who we used to be still trying to operate in a new season. Not to mention the unhealed version of self, which is often why shifting is so difficult.

We say we want to grow. We say we want purpose. We say we’re ready for the next level… but we keep circling the same patterns, repeating the same cycles, and making the same mistakes.

Reaching back into old ways will not work. What used to work then won’t work in this new season.

Not because we don’t want change, but because we haven’t released what’s familiar within us. And familiarity breeds contentment.

There is a version of us that God is calling us beyond in order for the SHIFT to occur:

The healed version.
The mature version.
The grounded, peaceful, accountable version.

But in order to shift, we have to release the habits, responses, and mindsets of the old self.

You can’t fully step into a new season while still holding onto an old identity.

That’s why the SHIFT is necessary.

A shift in mindset.
A shift in identity.
A shift in how we see ourselves and how we show up in life.

Because when we continue to operate from the old self, we attract what aligns with the old self—and delay alignment with what God is already trying to release into our lives.

The truth is, transformation doesn’t begin with changing everything around us…it begins with surrendering what’s within us.

This is the SHIFT.
Letting go of the old self so you can finally step into who you were always meant to be.

Not sure who this is for, But it was a friendly reminder for me and I know it will be for you too:

"WHEN GOD SAYS CUT TIES… CUT THE TIES!! ✂️🔥

Some of you are praying for elevation…
but still connected to what God told you to release.

You can’t walk into purpose
while holding onto people, habits, and environments
that were only meant for a season.

Let me say it again…

Delayed obedience is still disobedience.

When God says move…
MOVE.

When God says let go…
LET GO.

When God says cut ties…
CUT THE TIES.

Not halfway.
Not emotionally.
Not secretly holding on “just in case.”

CUT IT.

Because what God is trying to take you into
requires a level of freedom
you cannot access while tied to what’s draining you.

✨ Stop negotiating with what God told you to release.
✨ Stop making excuses for what God exposed.
✨ Stop revisiting what God delivered you from.

There is greater on the other side of obedience.

And sometimes…
your next level is waiting on your willingness
to cut the tie".
