I want to share something deeply personal with you.

I created "You Are Not Alone" while working as a Program Coordinator at a nonprofit organization, where I saw firsthand the need for tools that support both children and families in a positive, approachable way.

So often, conversations around mental health carry a negative stigma. I wanted to create something different, a space that feels safe, empowering, elegant transformational and uplifting.

With valuable input from licensed therapists I worked alongside, this guided journal was thoughtfully designed to support emotional healing, self-reflection, and mental strength through gentle prompts and affirmations.
