We love our acronyms in theatre, and an ASM is an Assistant Stage Manager. Stage Managers quite literally can't do it all, so our ASMs take vital notes in rehearsals, give cues backstage, and could even end up performing in or running the show in an emergency.

Did you know we have TWO student designers on the production team for Stupid F*cking Bird?
Kait Vega, costume designer (interview below), and Pax Ashline, lighting designer, have been working on this show since the fall semester, before we even had a cast.
Allowing students to design mainstage productions with faculty directors gives them the opportunity to learn collaboration with actors, directors, and other designers as well as experience real production timelines and budgets.
