🌺 VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 🌺

Aloha Omaha 2027 is officially looking for vendors to join us on Saturday, May 1, 2027, at Gene Leahy Mall at The RiverFront in downtown Omaha!

Aloha Omaha is a FREE cultural festival celebrating Hawaiian, Filipino, and Pacific Island cultures through food, music, cultural performances and community.

Our inaugural festival welcomed 2,000+ attendees, and we’re excited to make 2027 even bigger!

✨ Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking NON-FOOD vendors, including:

🌺 Island-themed vendors
🎨 Artists & makers
🛍️ Small businesses
🌴 Culturally inspired businesses
🇵🇭 Filipino/Hawaiian/Pacific Islander organizations
🎭 Cultural & community organizations
🍪 Baked goods may be considered

🚨 FOOD TRUCKS AND GENERAL FOOD VENDORS: Our food vendors have already been planned and selected for the 2027 event, so we are not accepting general food vendor or food truck applications at this time.

Because Aloha Omaha is a cultural festival, we are being intentional about the vendors we bring in. Vendors should have products, services, or offerings that align with the Hawaiian, Filipino, and Pacific Island theme and spirit of the event.

📅 May 1, 2027
📍 Gene Leahy Mall at The RiverFront
⏰ Tentative time: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

With more than 2,000 people attending our inaugural event, we expect significant growth this year. If selected, vendors should be prepared with plenty of inventory and a variety of products for a large crowd.

👉 Vendor Application: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfDPFuCvasC02Gtv7obtAoTtJLzh_c7Z72EbdIwTkxI9Nm48w/viewform

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be reviewed based on event needs, available space, capacity, and overall alignment with Aloha Omaha.

Mahalo for helping us grow Aloha Omaha!

Aloha Omaha is coming back to downtown Omaha!

After welcoming over 2,000 attendees to our inaugural event in 2026, we’re excited to officially announce that Aloha Omaha returns on May 1, 2027, at Gene Leahy Mall at The RiverFront.

What started as a vision to share Hawaiian, Filipino, and Pacific Island cultures through food, music, performances, and community has grown into something truly special, and we’re just getting started.

We’re already hard at work planning an even bigger experience while staying true to what made our first year successful: culture, community, food, music, and aloha.

Save the date and stay tuned for future announcements, including vendors, food trucks, performers, sponsors, and more.
