Most people know us for weddings. But some of our favorite events have nothing to do with a first dance.

Last year we did a year-end company party for a local Omaha business — 200 employees, a mix of departments that don't usually hang out, and a leadership team that genuinely wanted people to have fun for once. Zach read the room within the first 20 minutes, built the energy gradually, and by the end of the night the head of HR was out on the dance floor for some karaoke. That's not luck. That's experience knowing how to program music for a crowd that didn't choose to be there together and turning it into something they'll talk about at the next all-hands meeting.

Corporate events are a different skill set than weddings, and honestly, not every DJ handles the transition well. Hey Omaha couples — I'm doing something a little different today. I've been doing this long enough to know that hiring a DJ comes with a lot of questions, and honestly, a lot of people feel like they don't know what they *should* be asking. So I'm opening up the comments. Ask me anything — pricing, how playlists work, what happens if something goes wrong night-of, how to handle a family member who wants to take over the aux cord. Nothing's off limits.
