New from SBH: We’re deep in the heart of fish fry season in Omaha. And Sarah Baker Hansen has found more than fish.

Greek food, pasta, baked salmon and lobster bisque are a few of the dishes offered at fish fries in the Omaha area, SBH writes.

Our Hellenic Dance Festival troupe, ANEMOS, (competitive Greek dance youth & young adult program) is hosting a dinner-dance fundraiser this Friday, Oct. 10! Doors open at 6:30PM.

Dinner served will be Pastitsio (homemade Greek baked pasta dish) and entertainment will feature Konstantinos Dimitropoulos-Efantakis all the way from Athens & Greek-American recording artist, Stavro!
