A big welcome to Jack Felix from Test Your Metal Fitness ()!
Jack is throwing down in the Collegiate Division at this year's .

You might remember Jack from the 2023 .teen.fitness.competition.
He was the Age Group 15-17 Male Division Champion taking first in three of five workouts 🥇🥇🥇
He also smashed the Ground to Overhead lift with a 195 LBS Clean and Jerk.

Along with his strength, Jack's got some great skills as well. Push-ups, Rope Climbs, and Bar Muscle-ups are all part of his arsenal.
We're looking forward to seeing Jack back on the competition floor!!

athlete Wyatt Mell () just shook up the RX Division.

Wyatt boasts a Clean & Jerk north of 300 LBS, a sub-5:30 mile time, and 41:45 Vested .
In the baseball world, we'd call him a Five Tool Player.

He can palm a medicine ball. This I can confirm.
It's also said that he sheds his skin once a year. This I cannot confirm.

Either way, we're excited to watch this competitor at the 2024 . Welcome, Wyatt!!

Our very own Liz Schaefer () will compete RX in this year's !!!

Liz has a myriad of spectacular skills. Strength. It's very, very good. Elite level. Not much else needs to be said about it.

And she's breathtakingly fast and enduring. During this year's Ergathlon, Liz and her teammates ( and ) knocked out a six-mile run in under 32 minutes. The stopwatch clocked Liz in with several sub-3-minute 800s. We're very excited to watch her performance during the workout.

There are multitude of noteworthy accolades, attributes, characteristics, and fitness traits we can discuss.
But there's really only one that matters. Liz is a competitor, plain and simple. And she wants to win.
And that's not good news for the rest of the Female RX Division.

We can't wait to watch you compete. Welcome Liz!!
