☀️💛 TURN UP FOR SALLY TUESDAY...ROUND 2! 💛☀️

Last Tuesday was our first-of-Four "Turn Up for Sally Tuesday" Frenzy and we raised $150. 🎉

This weeks goal is $500!

This is Week 2 of 4 Tuesday Frenzies, and we'd LOVE to crush last week's total.

Every single donation helps us continue Sally's legacy by supporting Parkinson's research through the Michael J. Fox Foundation and helping local families in need through 4 the Love Foundation.

💛 Why do we do Sally Strong? 💛

Because of HER. Sally O.

One of Sally’s most favorite places in the world was Kailua Beach (89B).

This was where she would visit one of her best friends, Brenda McDonough for what they loved to called “Mommy Appreciation Week.” About twice a year Sally would escape to this little slice of paradise to recharge, laugh and soak up the sunshine.

Tim came along a couple of times and the family got to experience in 2017 for Cade’s senior trip, but mostly this was Sally’s place.

And now, years later, Tim and their youngest son Ryan are back. Walking the same beach, hearing the same waves, and feeling close to Sally in a place that meant so much to her. They captured a beautiful shot of the beach with “Sally O” in the sand.

We miss our Sally every single day.

But we feel her in the sunshine and in the joy she found in the simple things. And every year at Sally Strong, we try to bring a little bit of that spirit to everyone else.

That’s why we race.
That’s why we gather and have a blast.
That’s why we raise money for Parkinson’s research and local families in need.

Because Sally’s light continues to shine on.
