Volunteers Needed!

We need just a few more people to help out at Willapa Trail Festival this weekend! We need over night coverage on Saturday for Meskill Rd AS and Rock Creek AS. Both are located off Highway 6 between Adna and Pe El. Our big need is the hours from Saturday evening until Sunday morning. If you’re available and want to support some badass 100 mile runners through the dark hours please message me directly!

Volunteers Needed!

The Willapa Trail Festival still needs some volunteers to round out the weekend from 11/9/24 and 11/10/24. We’ve had waaay more registrations this year than we expected and are going to need more help! Contact RD Jason McConnell directly for details!

Here is what we need the most:

1. We need a few brave souls to set up and work the Menlo Aid Station overnight from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning. Captaining this station will earn you a free entry.

2. We need aid station help on Saturday morning at Meskill Rd aid station from about 7am-2pm. This one gets very busy and is always a great time!

3. I need 1-2 people to help with timing at the finish line on Saturday afternoon/evening

4. I need volunteers to help overnight at the Rock Creek Aid station on Saturday as well as Sunday afternoon to relieve the overnighters.

Volunteers Needed!

Hello all! As you may or may not know OlyTrailRunners is taking a big step up this year. For the first time, we will host our very own 100 mile race on 11/9-10 at Willapa Trail Festival (WTF) 100M/50M/50K/25K/5K/5K!

As you might imagine this will require the generosity of many volunteers who are willing to help put on this event! Please consider helping us!

For those who would like to come out, we have many ways for you to help! The volunteer button is now open on our Ultrasignup page where you can choose a job that fits your schedule!

We have a pressing need for aid station captains for 2 of the overnight aid stations on the 100 mile course. One at the Menlo AS and another at the Rock Creek AS. If you’re willing to stick it out as captain to help make sure the 100 mile runners are well cared for through the dark November night please message me directly. There will be benefits for those willing. Including but not limited too free race entries and possibly a donation made in your name to a local charity or nonprofit.

As always, Olytrailrunners is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting our community. Profits from this event will go to support businesses and residents along the Willapa Hills State Park Trail, as well as the trail itself.
