1. Scan the field before receiving the ball ๐Ÿ‘€
2. Open your hips to be able to play both directions
3. Take your first touch in front of you
4. Be confident in your next pass and strike through the ball ๐Ÿ’ฅ

๐Ÿ“ฃAs you the receive the ball make sure to re position yourself well (Physique frame work) for the next action. If you are balanced, this will transmit confidence.๐Ÿ“ฃ

ETTโ€™s tips for catching the high ball. โšฝ๏ธ

1. Eyes on the ball
2. Attack the ball with confidence (donโ€™t let the ball attack you!)
3. Try to be balanced and clean with your footwork.
4. Spread fingers during the catch keeping thumbs closer together. Bend your arms slightly and absorb the ball with your wrists during the catch.

If you make a mistake remember failure is not fatal, have courage and be prepared to try again. ๐Ÿ’ช
