Time to meet your instructors for the upcoming event, just 1 month away! 🥋+🍻

Chokes & Barley 11 features the return of Instagram’s favorite BJJ instructor, Dom Bell, with special guest and host of the Friday night open mat, 2x no-gi world champion Justin Rader.

🗓️ This time we’re heading back to Stonecloud Brewing in downtown OKC on April 4th at 10am.
