It is with heavy hearts the Woody Guthrie Coalition shares the loss of longtime WoodyFest attendee, Friend of the Festival, and generous sponsor Joseph Leavell. Joseph cared deeply about musicians, festivals and festival organizers, as well as the organizations who supported them, making sure his sponsorships highlighted the work of organizations such as and . We will miss his infectious joy in Okemah this summer and hope you dance a little extra in his honor.
