The dates for the 2026 Oil Heritage Festival have been decided! Mark your calendars, set your reminders! We will see you next year, July 22nd-26th!

Until then, don't miss all of the things going on in Oil City and Venango County by checking out the calendar and the Oil City Library website! They have the list of things going on in the community DAILY!

🎉 A huge THANK YOU to the Oil Region Alliance for allowing us to use The Downs Building at 201 Center Street as our Oil Heritage Festival Headquarters this year! We are so grateful for the welcoming space right in the heart of downtown.

Extra thanks to Gordie and Sallie Johnson and the wonderful volunteers from the Zonta Club for keeping things running smoothly and greeting everyone with a smile.

Thank you so much for joining us during the 2025 Oil Heritage Festival! It would not have been possible without the hard work of so many individuals. 🎇🎉
We would like to thank the sponsors, first and foremost! Without them, much of what we do would be impossible, or very difficult, and nothing would be free.
We'd also like to thank all of the food vendors, crafters, parade groups, and volunteers that came along with us and gave people something to see!
We'd like to thank the Venango Chamber for largely organizing and monitoring many of the events that go on during festival!
Finally - and most importantly - we would like to thank YOU! This festival would not be possible without the people who attend! It's put on for the people. The people make it great, and we can't wait to see who comes out again next year!

🎆 FIREWORKS UPDATE! 🎆

Great news! The fireworks originally scheduled for Saturday night will now be shot off TONIGHT (Sunday) at dusk - 9:30 PM!

Please note: there will be no other activities in the park — just the fireworks. So grab a seat, find your favorite viewing spot, and enjoy the show from anywhere in town!

Spread the word and look to the sky tonight! 🎇

We are so happy to have had such a fun and exciting Oil Heritage Festival, and we're blessed to have so many people come out and enjoy it with us!
