Hello Everyone! My name is Katelyn Ehlen! I am from Leesburg, Virginia but have spent the last few years studying Floral Design in college at BYUI! I just recently this past year started up my business as a Wedding Florist, I service the states of Idaho and Utah. As I have entered into the wedding industry this season, it has been an absolute pleasure and honor to participate in couples perfect day through flowers! I am extraordinarily passionate about Floral Design! It isn’t just putting flowers into a vase, there truly is an art to it! To me, designing helps me to find joy and peace in my life. I hope you will find that same feeling as you design! I am so excited to teach you all about the principles and elements of design as we design together!! Join us for our 2nd year of, SUNRISE YOGA IN THE SUNFLOWERS!!🙌🏼🌻
This session will be offered on Saturday Aug. 30th and Sept. 6th at 8am!☀️
✨$30 per person, gets you a peaceful, serene yoga session amongst the flowers. As well as a normal admission, that allows you to spend time wondering the sunflower field after the yoga session. One fresh cut flower included!

Here is a little info from our amazing Yoga instructor Sara and what she offers for this session!

DESCRIPTION:
Come join us for Sunrise Yoga at the Sunflower Festival! We’ll move through a feel-good flow suitable for all abilities. Connect with your breath and the beautiful world around you, then leave feeling energized and uplifted!
All ages and abilities are welcome! Bring a mat or a beach towel if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow. You can also bring a camp chair and do it seated if you prefer! We will be on dirt, so having a towel under your mat will keep it a little cleaner. We can’t wait to see you there!

Hey there! I’m Sara (Davis) Jackson, your teacher for Sunrise Yoga at the Sunflower Festival. I’m a West Warren native and owner of The Uplift Movement Studio in Perry. I love helping others live and move in a way that empowers and uplifts them.
I encourage people to connect with their bodies and the world around them through fitness, nutrition, and mind-body work. When I’m not in the studio teaching, I’m probably outside somewhere finding my soul up in the mountains or out in the desert.
