Our Story - WTX Film Fest

Festival Overview The purpose of the WTX Film Fest is to screen diverse films from both directors and producers that would not normally be featured in West Texas as well as regional media makers. We seek shorts, features, dramas, docs, TV pilot scripts and screenplays. The festival features the following showcases: Tales of Texas, Education Day and WorldView. There is a competition for Best Screenplay, Best TV Pilot, Best Feature Film, Best Student Film, Best Short Film and Best Documentary Film. Screenings are held at the Jack Rodgers Fine Arts Center at Odessa College in Odessa, Texas.
