Starkbierzeit events outside of Munichwith Go Craft Bier. We headed out to the Franconia beer country for a day for great Starkbier in Erlangen before stopping in Freising for Starkbierzeit from Weihenstephan and Hofbrauhaus Freising. Starkbierzeit event number 3 with Go Craft Bier. We joined the afternoon festivities at the famous Paulaner am Nockherberg. The start of the event was mostly traditional German brass music, but by the end everyone was dancing to songs you would all know from the 1980’s.

Starkbierzeit event number 2 with Go Craft Bier. Tonight is the Lowenbrau Keller with a tag line of “Starkbier is sexy again!” I didn’t know that it wasn’t sexy. The event was fantastic. If you didn’t end up dancing on your table, you missed out.

It is Starkbierzeit in Munich and Go Craft Bier has arrived to enjoy a great slice of Bavarian culture. We attended the first Starkbier fest for Geisinger Brau and had a fantastic time.
