We’re Abbie + Kenzie

We created Empowered Retreats because we love wellness, bringing women together, and helping women feel their BEST!

Combining both of our knowledge allows us to bring you beautiful retreats and events in the Lake Country community. Each event is unique and you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.

Kenzie is a women’s life and mindset coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and breathwork facilitator. She helps women bring awareness to their limiting beliefs and get unstuck..allowing them to live the life they’ve always desired.

Abbie is a functional nutritionist specialized in women’s hormone health. Abbie focuses on providing sustainable changes to support your health as a woman with an emphasis on syncing with your menstrual cycle. As a pure sagittarius she’s all about education and the journey to an optimal life.

Our goal is to create spaces for women to find relaxation + support while doing the work to become their best self!
