Whether you are looking for scenic single track, or a challenging mountain course we have the race for you. Welcome to the Endurance Race Series, home to 12 total trail races in Colorado and California. Whether you are a competitive trail racer, an avid runner, or a trail beginner, our races have what you are looking for... 50K, Half Marathons, 10K, and NOW 24 Hour races! If you are looking for a stroll along the water, some scenic single track, or a challenging hill course, the ERS prides itself on offering trail runners the BEST race experience and atmosphere in the industry. Every event within the ERS, offers multiple race distance options, great course support, kid's races, and finish line festivals that the entire family can enjoy with music, food, games, raffles, and plenty of beer (for those over 21 years, of course). MEDAL MONDAY 🏅⚡

The Del Dios Trail Race is coming January 24th, and this year’s race shirt and finisher medals have officially been revealed!

Known as the Race of the Gods, Del Dios takes runners along the trails surrounding Lake Hodges with a mix of dirt service roads, singletrack, lake views, and plenty of opportunities to test yourself. Choose from the 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, or go all in with the 50k.

And new for 2027, runners can take on the Hercules DemiGod Challenge, completing the Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k all in one race day to earn an additional DemiGod finisher medal.

🌄 ERS Friday Trailhead: Denk Tank Mountain

Think Carlsbad trails are all easy coastal miles? Denk Tank Mountain says otherwise. Located in Rancho La Costa Preserve, this local favorite delivers steep switchbacks, rocky singletrack, and challenging climbs. With the summit sitting at over 1,000 feet, this is the highest point in Carlsbad, offering some incredible North County views.

RUN CLUB SPOTLIGHT 🔦

Meet the Riverside County Trail Runners (), a group bringing trail runners together throughout Riverside County!

Every Wednesday evening, the crew meets at Lake Perris for a 5 mile trail run. All runners and paces are welcome, and no runner gets left behind. The group also switches things up on Saturdays, meeting at different trails around the area to explore, get in some miles, and spend time together on the trails.

We’re officially 30 DAYS out from the Carmel Valley Trail Race and the start of another Sunshine Series season!

Join us October 10th at Gonzales Canyon for your choice of the 5k, 10k, or our NEW 10 Mile distance. Expect rolling trails, some good climbs, and for our 10k and 10 Mile runners, a date with the locally famous Puke Hill. 😅

Next up in our series highlighting the groups bringing runners together across San Diego County is Michi Brewing Run in San Marcos!

Every Tuesday evening, the crew meets at Michi Brewing () for 3 - 5 miles mixing trails and roads around the area. And if you know San Marcos, you know there are going to be some hills involved. All runners and paces are welcome, so come ready for some miles, a few climbs, and good company.

NEW RACE TEAM MEMBER

Help us welcome Justin Nucum () to the ERS Race Team and Ambassador crew!

Justin’s trail running journey started 11 years ago while training clients for obstacle course races. What started as part of the training quickly became a love for getting outside, exploring new mountains, chasing peaks and waterfalls, and catching early morning sunrises on the trail. He also mixes trail running with CrossFit, HYROX, and other hybrid-style training.

Justin is based in Orange County and runs with the HYROX OC Run Club. His favorite local trails are around Newport Coast and Crystal Cove, and when it comes to ERS, the South Bay 24 Hour and Valencia Trail Race top his list.

We’re excited to have Justin joining the team. Give him a big ERS welcome in the comments! 👇

MEDAL MONDAY 🏅

The Dixon Lake Trail Races will be held December 12th, and this year’s race shirt and finisher medals are officially here!

Dixon Lake is not the place to come looking for flat miles. The courses take runners through the trails of Daley Ranch with a mix of singletrack, dirt service roads, plenty of climbing, and some seriously good views. If you’re taking on the 10 Miler, you’ll make the climb to Stanley Peak for 360 degree views from the top.
