Golden Sands Condominium is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Pool Attendant for the summer season. The Pool Attendant will help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at both our indoor and outdoor pool facilities.

Full-Time Seasonal Position
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Monitor indoor and outdoor pool areas
Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional manner
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Answer questions and assist guests as needed
Report safety concerns or incidents to management
Help maintain cleanliness and organization around the pool area
Ensure pool access policies are followed
Qualifications
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
Ability to remain attentive and observant throughout the shift
Must be punctual and reliable
No experience necessary — training provided
Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor pool facilities
Fast-paced seasonal environment with frequent guest interaction
