Organizing an event like Equus Fest takes a great deal of effort, determination, planning and adaptation. In order to ensure that we put on the best event possible, and working hard with the event facility and regional talent, the decision has been made to move Equus Fest - Florida Edition to 2027.

As we finalize details we wil be sharing them here and promoting the event in a robust manner!

We are working diligently on creating a FANTASTIC celebration of "All Things Horse and Rural Lifestyle" and we will need your help!

We have a goal of FIFTY (50) VENDORS! We want to highlight regional businesses that support the Horse and the Rural Lifestyle we all love! Booths will be just $150 for the ENTIRE WEEKEND (10x10). If you would like to be a VENDOR please email us at [email protected] and we will get you an event kit!

We have a goal of having a great program and need FIVE (5) Trainers/Clinicians of various approaches/disciplines who can comfortably present in the Main Arena for sixty (60) minutes and can offer up an "unmounted" lecture/discussion for thirty (30) minutes each day. FREE 10x10 booth, lots of marketing and other perks! To be considered please email us at [email protected].

We are negotiating rental with Southeastern Livestock Pavilion and Florida Horse Park. Both of these facilities are in Marion County, Florida.

We need vendors, exhibitors, artists, groups/clubs and any business or organization that ENRICHES the Horse and Rural Lifestyle! Two days of fun! Meet hundreds of potential customers/clients and get your “brand” out there! Booth space starts at just $80.00! A robust marketing program, a Saturday night meet-n-greet and other perks come with your participation! Camping on site is available too!

Be a part of the Equus Fest East team and get lunch and TWO FREE WEEKEND PASSES andto the event! Volunteer shifts are three (3) hours in length. Volunteers will be assigned to a variety of departments to assist in the operation of the fourth annual celebration!
