Woohoo! We're so excited 😁🤠

Yoohoo!! Heading to this weekend for the Folk Fest and a college tour! Works out! I’ll be playing the festival on the seventh (this Saturday) at 8pm. Very cool to be in a line up of such great folks! Excited!!!

BIG NEWS! Folk Fest 2021 will be happening IN PERSON on May 1st! We are still accepting applications for live student acts-- due to ObieSafe guidelines, you have to be a student currently enrolled at the college to perform. Apply by Sunday the 18th!

Today is May Day, also known as International Workers Day.

Today would have also been the first day of the 2020 Oberlin Folk Festival.

The history of folk music is rooted in collective power, with a particularly rich history of activism around labor rights. Song was instrumental in building solidarity among workers, and many well-known songs can be traced back to unions such as the International Workers of the World (IWW). We are sad to announce this, but also understand the reality of our current situation as well as the importance of social distancing.
